Handmade Item Disclaimer
All of our products are handcrafted, meaning no two items are exactly alike. Natural variations in wood grain, texture, engraving depth, and stain color are normal and are part of the beauty of handmade items. These variations are not considered defects.
Personalized & Custom Items
All personalized or custom-made items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on personalized items.
Please double-check all personalization details (including spelling, names, dates, punctuation, and wording) before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Non-Personalized Items
Returns for non-personalized items may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged.
Shipping & Processing Times
Processing times vary based on the item and order volume. Estimated processing and shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Weather-related delays
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but is missing, stolen, or not received, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide tracking information or assist as needed.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging
We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
